Today was an epic day for us - we rose early to go and collect our pre-ordered copy of the brand new Lego Dimensions toys to life game which was released in the UK on 29th September! Is it going to rival the other toys to life games, Skylanders, Amiibos and Disney Infinity? Let me know your thoughts in the comments!!
We were lucky enough to get our hands on the Starter Pack with Batman, Wildstyle and Gandalf gameplay figures and 3 awesome extras: The Back to the Future Level Pack with Marty McFly with his DeLoreon Time Machine and Hoverboard, The Simpsons Level Pack with Homer Simpson, his Taunt-o-Vision and Homer's Car and the Jurassic World Team Pack with Owen, ACU trooper figure, a velociraptor and gyrosphere!
We got straight to work and spent several hours unboxing and building the new packs on set. Check out the fruits of our labour in the first two videos in the series below! Which characters do you want to see in the game? There are packs for everything from Scooby Doo to Lord of the Rings, Portal to Doctor Who! Enjoy!
